As the number of our Backers continues to grow, we’ve received a lot of great constructive feedback. Thank you all! This is one of the main reasons we've come to Kickstarter: to engage with and learn from our future users and make VITURE One (and future developments) better! It's YOU that truly inspires us. Let's take a moment to address some of the messages we've gotten:

1.  The Stretch Goal Poll
    

Many Backers have mentioned stretch goals and we’d definitely like to create some! Not only for more rewards for Backers, but also to improve our product so that it's better prepared to hit the retail market. One Backer voiced a concern that stretch goals often lead to delays. We agree, so we won’t be making any major upgrades to the core hardware in any future stretch goals. Instead, we will most likely focus on accessories and software upgrades. Please take our poll and tell us what you'd like to see in our stretch goals - the more ideas the better! Brainstorm and submit your best, and we'll announce the winners in our next update.

1.  Referral Program
    

A Backer shared our campaign to his friend and asked about a referral program. We think it's a great idea! We're still working out the details, so to keep things simple for now: if you make a successful referral, you and your friend both will get an Extra 1.1m USB-C to Magnetic Connector Cable (MSRP $49). 

Simply share your friend’s email address with us (please send it to [email protected]) and you're good to go. We will verify the information after the campaign ends and include the referral bonus in your package. 

• IC Shortage Forecast

VITURE is comprised of very experienced team with extensive AR/VR mass production experience. Our supply chain director and hardware team have done an excellent job on securing the core IC components (that are already in shortage) in 5K quantity to ensure we have all the components we need for the Kickstarter orders to be shipped on time. For your reference, here is the list of components that we've stocked:

Thanks again for putting trust in us. Right now, VITURE One's EVT prototype version is a solid build and our team is working super hard to make an even better version for the production phase. Almost every tester who has tried the product wants to have it immediately. We haven’t shown any features in the campaign that we haven’t already made possible in our EVT prototype version. More reviews will come out before the campaign ends and we assure you that you've signed on for an incredible journey and backing experience!

Every journey is like a game, full of challenges and excitement. And eventually, you level up. That's today - thank you all for helping bring this project to life!

When we launched, we were picked as a Project We Love by the Kickstarter staff. This is very rare for AR/VR projects. Thank you to the Kickstarter team for believing in us. We are committed to not only deliver and give the best possible experience to our Backers, but to also exceed your expectations for a Kickstarter project.

As you may already know, we've been partnering with one of the most prestigious design firms - LAYER to deliver products with the best design. FastCompany just featured us. If you have some spare time, here is an in-depth interview to learn more about our project.

Some of you have asked about the risks involved in the project. Rest assured: if you change your mind at any point, even after the campaign ends, as long as your VITURE One hasn't shipped we will issue a full refund to you. Hassle-free.

We are Kickstarter backers too. We know the ups and downs, the disappointment of a project not delivering (even worse, not being communicated). We also know the excitement you feel when a project finally arrives, or even over-delivers. VITURE One is not an easy bet for anyone. We really appreciate your support and we will put every penny invested to work creating the exciting experience you expect.
